Delivery and return


All our deliveries are provided by La Poste/Colissimo.You have the option, at the time of payment, to choose a delivery against signature or without.

All prices and deadlines are specified in our CGV (delivery times remain indicative and do not take into account possible unforeseen events). Delivery costs are free from 120€ of purchase in mainland France, 150€ in Overseas Territories, 180€ in Europe* and 240€ in the rest of the world.

*exception for Georgia, Iceland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine for which delivery costs are free from 200€ of purchase.

In the preamble, we wanted to remind you of keeping in mind that our upcycled pieces are created from second-hand clothes that can present marks of use because they have experienced a first life.

Returns are accepted and must imperatively be done within 14 days following the day of receipt of the order. The return of the product(s) must be made in accordance with the original condition (same packaging as when the order was received : packaging, buttoning, folding, etc) ; the product(s) must not have been worn. They must, if possible, be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase.

Products returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the return deadline has passed and/or the above conditions have not been respected, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return because it has fully informed its Customer of these conditions.

Return costs are your responsibility.

If your return is accepted, the refund will be made automatically to the same payment method as that used when placing your order.
